Dans une spéciale beaucoup plus rapide que les précédentes, les écarts sont logiquement beaucoup plus faibles. Pour la première fois depuis le départ, Kalle Rovanperä réalise le meilleur temps, une petite seconde devant le duo Neuville/Tänak.
Sur une spéciale plus large avec un peu de balayage, Elfyn Evans doit se contenter du sixième temps, mais conserve largement sa deuxième place entre Ott Tänak et Kalle Rovanperä.
Déjà loin au classement général à la 4e place provisoire, Thierry Neuville perd 10s supplémentaires avec une pénalité pour un départ anticipé.
Encore en difficulté malgré quelques réparations à l’arrière-droit, Grégoire Munster lâche encore plus d’une minute.
En WRC2, Oliver Solberg est battu pour la première fois de la journée, mais conserve une avance confortable.
